Our goal is to serve and create positive change. That’s the driving force behind our street patrol in the heart of Footscray. We focus on connecting people in need with initiatives that truly make a difference.

Footscray faces many complex social challenges, and understanding this is central to our approach. We listen to community leaders and organisations working toward social change, and we shape our training based on their guidance. All our guards are trained with these social dynamics in mind.

We’re also proud to be a major employer of Footscray’s African community. We believe representation for the local community matters, it helps us navigate local issues with greater understanding and respond with respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
